Company Information

The two company directors are Ben Thornton and Adam Hanlon having extensive experience in the lift industry, 4 years of which for both directors were in lead engineering team roles for prompt rectification of complex faults and modifications.

 

The directors acknowledged an opportunity existed to create a company that provided quality service and products with realistic cost to lift owners and users and therefore Elite Lift Services P/L was established.

 

Company Products

Elite Lift Services P/L specialises in all aspects of servicing and repairs within the lift industry including preventative maintenance, modifications, repairs and modernisations of all types of lifts and hoists.

 

All products used and installed by Elite Lift Services P/L is non-proprietary equipment meaning that customers will have ultimate flexibility in their choice of contractor as information and equipment will not be withheld unlike the unfair tactics engaged by some companies.

 

Company Objectives

The prime objectives of Elite Lift Services P/L are to provide all types of equipment and associated services in conformance to the relevant codes and regulatory requirements to provide the customer with total satisfaction and assurance that the best possible outcome is obtained.

 

In order to maintain this philosophy, Elite Lift Services P/L has policies and procedures in place that must be adhered to by all staff at all times which details specific ways tasks must be performed.
